В обсчем верно, народ офигевший. Я уже молчу о текстах за рулем. Этих надо вешать за ухо на перекрестке.
На знаке однозначно написано - MAXIMUM, так что даже 5 миль уже нарушение. Автономные автомобили решат эту проблему :)
