timaIf the government really wants us to slow down on the highways, they
don't need to put more troopers on the road. It seems to me that it
would be much more effective to put fake smoking, steaming two-car
accidents, complete with actors, in the breakdown lane, every 10
miles or so. That always slows down traffic.
