timaА то сегодня у меня что-то все кино да кино.
Только что прислали оценку моей работы боссом босса за прошедший год:
Шапка отчета - Yet another solid year of stepping up to the plate and solving challenges thrown at the team. Key player in both the Vulcan Project (это было плановое закапывание цистерны) and the Hephaestus Project (а это - откапывание проваленной китайчонком цистерны).
Tim is the heart and sole of the business. He understands the most complex facets of running this business, and designs and delivers innovative systems. Tim carries a significant amount of responsibility, but he holds it well. He is passionate and determined. Over the coming year, Tim will need to continue to push the envelope and lead the way for our systems and automation strategy.
Tim is the rock of the team. He continues to blend his technical experience with a better understanding of the business requirements and impact to deliver beyond initial expectations. He was key technical architect of Project Vulcan and contributed heavily to the Project Hephaestus. As his own initiative, he started the Project Centaur which going to expand the automation process and improve systems integration.
Ну и дальше всякой муры понаписано. А теперь с трех раз отгадайте дадут ли мне бонус за прошлый год или хотя бы повышение зарплаты на будущий. Уверен, что некоторым особо умным это удастся даже с двух раз.
