Вчера мы проиграли, но в практически равной битве. Я понял что сделал Кора вчера - он устроил так, чтобы сегодня в решающей игре все питчеры были возможны, кроме Кроше, понятное дело.
И знаешь, мне было смешно смотреть на эти тысячи радовавшихся болельщиков Янков: у вас преимущество своего поля на ВСЕ ТРИ ИГРЫ, вы по бюджету хрен знает насколько превосходите остальные команды, вы собираете со всей лиги лучших игроков, заманивая их бабками, и при всем этом вы barely выигрываете у бостонских Носочков, у которых две с половиной "звезды". Стыдобища!
не "three strike outs" - один был короткий флай-аут, янки не рискнули бежать. И два страйк-аута, да.
P.S. Вчера мы могли даже вперед выйти, когда счет был 3:3 - не остановись на третьей базе игрок, когда на первой базе не было чистого catch при попытке заляпать, по-моему, Брегмана (могу ошибаться). Продолжай наш бежать в дом, было бы очко наверняка, и кто знает как бы закончилась игра.
Whitlock pitched really well. he isn't soft, just not supposed to pitch that many innings. he had 47 pitches I think - it is too much for a reliever...batters saw his stuff could adjust and the speed and control were dropping...chapman was warming up, he should have come in...
I totally agree about the Yankees. Red Sox are a surprise this season (for many) on how they came together, how the ownership backed the front office to make the right moves... as a Nats fan I am crying. Once the main owner passed, the family thinks it is a social club not a sports operation...we have many young stars but they don't want to pay for really solid talent that we need and we trade all more or less interesting players away so they could play in the playoffs for another team... I don't have enough anger left in me towards the ownership...
